We specialize in caring for individuals living with Alzheimer’s/Dementia and provide care through the end of life.

Arrowleaf Care Homes, LLC was established in 2023 by Samantha Wetter and Griffin Fuller. Sam and Griffin married in 2022 after moving to Bend during the pandemic. They love living in a place full of kind humans and beautiful mountains.
Sam first cared for geriatric patients in 2012 at a memory care facility. Her time there was meaningful and something she carried with her into her studies at the University of Portland where she trained as a nurse. Sam received her Bachelors of Science Nursing and RN license in 2015, and since then she has worked in numerous health care settings including post-acute care, medical-surgical oncology, and hospice nursing. Through it all she has found that she continues to be passionate about geriatric and end-of-life care.
Griffin has spent the past decade in a variety of roles within the rock climbing and outdoor industry.
He is now choosing to take the managerial skills from those roles to focus on fostering a home and space for geriatric patients where they receive the care they deserve.

Michaela Price
I am 25 with a 3 year-old baby boy. I moved to Bend in February of 2022. I am a bubbly, smiley person and will always listen to a good story. I have worked in health care for two years at a memory care facility. Prior to health care, I worked in customer service for nearly 7 years.
I love playing outdoors with my family, going out for coffee, and meeting with my mom's club. I enjoy listening to music off my record player and cassette; my favorite two movies are "Sound of Music" & "White Christmas".

Dakota Draheim
I have 2 Corgis - Spud & Stella. I currently live in Prineville, OR. I am a proud Auntie of 5 crazy nieces & nephews. I have been a Caregiver/PCA for 6yrs now specializing in Dementia and Alzheimer’s! A few of my favorite hobbies include Hunting, Fishing, Riding our Side By Side, Family Time, and Retail Therapy - Of course.😉

Allie Edwards
I have worked in healthcare since July 2017 when I started working in Memory Care. I instantly fell in love with providing care for people living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s. In 2021, I took a break from health care, moved to Portland, and started cleaning luxury homes; I quickly realized that my whole heart was in healthcare and I returned to both Bend and Memory Care in 2022. In my free time, I love to crochet, hike, float the river, and kayak when there’s not 2 feet of snow on the ground; when there is two feet of snow on the ground I enjoying ice skating, playing video games, and snuggling with my cat.

Ben Ritchey
Born & raised in Bend, OR (an original local). I graduated from the University of Oregon w/ a major in Human Physiology/Anatomy & a minor in Psychology. I have worked in healthcare over 5 years, & am a specialist dealing w/ PSP + Dementia. Easing the everyday life of someone in need always brightens my day. I also love to encourage those I work w/ to be active & challenge themselves.
I’m a passionate artist & producer… I spend most of my time composing & curating albums. My love of music is an endless void, as I venture into various genres. I often paint/create digital works of art to accompany my records. I am an athlete & grew up playing a handful of sports. You can still catch me working out, shooting hoops, or swinging for the green. At the end of the night, I love a good ol’ horror flick!
